Experience in serving customers through waitress and counter service. Completed Sommelier Pin from the Wine School of Philadelphia online program. My first steps in the wine industry were at Ridgewood's Super Cellars performing day-to-day store duties while being mentored by my general manager in learning about wine. Utilizing that hands on education along with implementing the Sommelier course lead to helping customers with properly fitting recommendations firsthand. I followed my path onto working under Kreative Displays exclusively for Moet Hennessy as a merchandiser. Dealing with 85+ accounts building relationships, talking pricing and promotions, and setting up display installments along with using my creativity to assemble premium displays for LVMH's premium wines and liquors.
