After many years working as an actress in film, TV and theatre in Britain and America, Alexandra turned to screenwriting, directing and producing. Her debut feature film WIDOW'S WALK (widowswalkfilm.com) won Best Cinematography at the Chelsea Film Festival, sold to Amazon Prime and currently streams on the UK/EU platforms and is available to rent/buy on Amazon US and ROW.HISTORYAlexandra co-founded a theatre company in London in the 80's and for the past 40 years has worked in theatre, film and TV in the UK and USA. She lived for ten years in Los Angeles where between acting work she found time to study interior design and architecture at UCLA. She's expanded a short film she shot in 2011 into a feature screenplay called The Wilderness. She crowdfunded a teaser for the film called Boxer On The Wilderness. UPCOMING PROJECTSAlexandra's documentary about the superfans, actors and time she spent on James Cameron's Titanic was completed in February 2023 and is being repped for sales by MPX. Her TV series Fighting Chance is set in 1950's Soho and tells the story of a woman surviving the London gangland after her lover is murdered in cold blood.
