- All-phases of design construction drawings using Auto-CAD & REVIT- Research & design development: sketch studies, Architectural Spec selection, product sample/order.- Conducting site surveys and gathering project information such as town guidelines, ACC (architectural control committee) packages, permit process & building requirements.- Produce final construction sets, millwork drawings and architectural specifications for permit submittals, design development, product making and installation.- Team coordination: Client and GC, which includes management and communications with all parties involved in project development, execution thru the IFC submittals (issue for construction) company process.- Administrative functions, designed communications/marketing material and task prioritization.
