Manage a large division consisting of 8 specialty clinics, 7 research labs, 40 faculty, 70 staff, 15 fellows with gross revenues of $20 million, including annual research awards over $10 million. Provide high-level leadership and management of the financial, operational, business development, administrative & clinical operations to advance patient care, research and education.• Analyze all financial lines of business (ex. patient services, sponsored research, gift/endowment) to ensure divisional financial health, recommend strategies to reduce cost & increase profitability • Evaluate faculty profit and loss statements for productivity and develop management plans to minimize salary gaps and clinical deficits• Create strategic plans, provide financial metrics to assess performance, planning and analysis, and cost of capital for future initiatives, optimizing strategy and rollout execution• Research & analyze market & competitive information to develop strategies for division growth• Lead and contribute expertise to cross-functional teams to address complex business issues• Develop, implement and administer strategic plans and manage clinical operations to expand outpatient clinic locations and optimize clinic flow (ex. $1 million clinic renovation to expand patient access and increase patient volume)• Analyze and evaluate strategic business plans, feasibility studies, market assessment, marketing plans, data gathering, implementation plans on potential & existing clinical & research programs• Oversee the supervision and training of staff in excess of 70 individuals and assist with HR administration of staff.
