Romanian Youth Hospitality Conference is the first conference in the whole world that provides high school students workshops and lectures held by the leaders of the hospitality industry. What we have accomplished:• impacted 210 high schoolers, from cities across Europe, who thrive to learn more than what it is taught in schools• surveyed 4000 students across Romania about their knowledge in the hospitality industry• established partnerships with renowned restaurants, hotels and furniture companies •convinced 14 international speakers to join our initiative

As the Negotiator of the second of edition of Romanian Model World Bank I had the opportunity to evaluate contract agreements and documents, negotiate terms with sponsors. Communication with clients and business partners was extremely important too. Being in the Romanian World Bank Group family, I had the amazing chance of being the chief of PR for the third edition of the conference. This position is a pleasure for me as its the one I have the most experience with, having to closely work with media and PR departments. My main goal was to make our conference known, by finding ways of promoting it.
