• Manage new constructions, building renovations and retro-fits • Lead building maintenance and capital expenditure projects from pre-development to commissioning and close-out• Act as the point of contact between concerned parties involved in the project: engineers, architects, contractors, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders and the city• Use leadership and communication skills to ensure the project goals and objectives are met or exceeded• Manage tender process from scope to award (contractors, suppliers)• Develop business relationships with suppliers and onboard new contractors• Review technical plans and specifications (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and HVAC) issued for coordination, tender and construction• Chair site meetings, oversee onsite construction activities (upwards of 40 contractors) including health, safety and conflict resolution• Develop and manage project financials (overall cost, change orders)• Manage project in-depth schedules (daily, two-week and overall)• Obtain necessary building and construction permits from the city• Deliver projects under “business as usual” environment with minimal operational downtime• Engineer solutions to improve operations efficiency and lower maintenance costs

• Provide full range consulting services in civil and structural engineering with expertise focused on the Commercial and Industrial sector • Prepare preliminary evaluations, budget estimates and feasibility studies• Design of reinforced and prestressed concrete, moment-resisting frames, bearing-wall systems, shear-wall designs, shallow and deep foundations, structural steel• Provide complete working drawings and specifications issued for construction (IFCs)• Prepare Site Reports and Closure Reports for clients • Supervise field work at client location from the conception stage to project completion (QA & QC)

• Complete quantity take-offs of entire steel deck for New Port Mann Bridge• Develop knowledge of General Project Structure: RFIs, change orders, purchasing process, tracking daily costs• Prepare two-week schedules • Supervise field activities during deck erection (QA & QC)

• Develop knowledge of General Project Structure: drawing submittal process, daily costs, quantity take-offs• Design formwork for the concrete pylons• Perform quantity take-offs for the concrete pylons• Supervise field activities during the stress and post-stressing phases of bridge cables on deck

• Review drawings Issued for Tender for new proposed railway between Tours and Bordeaux• Assist in specifying all the projects deliverables• Ensure construction activities are to comply with all Noise By-Laws for each individual town
