At Better.com I led our Centralized People Teams (People Systems, L&D, HR Services, Total Rewards, Real Estate & Workplace), Corporate and Technology Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition. These amazing Teams deliver on a HR roadmap for our company in thriving in hypergrowth. At Walmart I led TA, Workforce Planning, Performance, and Succession for their Sam's Club division. Prior to Walmart, I led teams at both Amazon and Macy's where I have been fortunate to build teams from the ground up, launching new businesses and scaling quickly. I have also led established teams to transform areas and redefine the scope of “traditional HR” work. I advocate for work/life harmony.. and yes, I travel frequently for both work and pleasure. I am a self-proclaimed foodie, and a champion of alternative collaboration and distributed workforce.
