I consult across our 17 brands on actionable performance and growth driving strategies to unlock incremental traffic to our owned websites across Paid, Earned and Owned media channels. HIGHLIGHTS• In a product owner capacity I delivered the first ELC Digital Innovation roadmap, piloting with our social channel mix and tech stack, I designed a business prioritisation and product release process. Through feature rationalisation I strategically aligned over 50+ ad tech products across 8 media channels, project managing the most commercially viable 10 features per quarter for release.• Negotiated and secured an incremental £620k YOY increase in media parnter bonus media value through defining a robust strategic roadmap of ad product test and learn opportunities, receiving global leadership endorsement.• Project Manager for the successful migration of 19 brands across to Braze, establishing the foundations for the new CRM platform and ESP. Delivered within a condensed 6 month deadline, I managed over 50+ stakeholders across over 10+ regional and global functions and a £1M agency contract against deliverables, training and onboarding 100+ brand users in the new platform. A start up in hypergrowth, celebrated in Vogue UK amongst peers as pioneering a smarter, sustainable solution to luxury fashion. I led Product Management, Ecommerce and Performance Marketing functions, driving new customer acquisition, engagement and retention. As Product Manager I owned the product roadmap, development and release of our e-commerce website (front end and back end) and subscription product design.HIGHLIGHTS• Developed and managed COCOON’s first Product Roadmap, applying a viability, feasibility and desirability framework to prioritise 80+ features, across site design, user experience, site functionality, and new propositions. Managed our 5+ headcount developer and design agency in execution.• Delivered the FY21 Business Strategy design and pillars, aligning the strategic initiatives of Product, Marketing, PR/Comms, Merchandise and Operations departments behind functional KPI’s.
