Responsible for managing Flavor Producers standard and physical flavor portfolio. Manage screenings, data management, tracking wins and positive feedback. Manage daily project workload as well as proactive long term portfolio building and refining projects. Manage all incoming R&D projects, run a daily R&D meeting, and assign to proper parties. Work cross functionally with sales to support all levels of customer with the library as well as marketing to use library information to enhance Flavor Producers value proposition.
Flavor Sensory Manager
Responsible for the entire sensory program, company wide. Reporting to and assisting within multiple departments. Responsible for the development and constantly maintaining and retaining of a company wide sensory program for use in the quality assurance department, research and development department, and sales department. Including training the quality department on proper sensory techniques for tasting samples and using sensory panels to confirm their proper tasting protocols. Responsible for training the research and development team in the same manner as the quality staff.
