A member since 2000, I was invited to join the board of Fractured Atlas in 2004. In my board member role, I worked with the Executive Director, Development Director, and my fellow board members on helping guide the organization's strategic direction, diverse activities, and all-important fundraising initiatives.

In my six years at Vault49, I did everything from produce live art events to foster and maintain global client relationships to create new-to-world brands to help run the business. In that time, we grew from 5 people to almost 30 and constantly found new ways to push ourselves and our clients to be both bolder and more relevant. Above all, my job at Vault49 was to champion exceptional creative thinking and execution that was effective and exciting.

Eriksen Translations Inc. is a comprehensive language services provider offering translation, interpreting, typesetting, project management, Web localization, and cultural consulting in over 100 languages.As the director of communications, I was the company scribe, cheerleader and brand voice. Whether it's writing press releases or web copy, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, or trying to come up with an elegant way to communicate the company's certification as a woman-owned business without sounding like that alone is a reason to consider us, I was the English language expert here. I spent some time at events and conferences, too.I was the Communications Manager from June 2005-October 2009.

I had the privilege of directing and helping to adapt the New York premiere of John Fleming's "The Two Lives of Napoleon Beazley".
