I bring experience across a wide variety of sectors from key roles within the public and private sectors. As Director of Strategic Communications for UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, I am humbled to be part of such a dynamic team playing a key role in keeping Canada a secure home for Jewish people, and to dedicate myself fully to combatting antisemitism and hate. In my previous role serving as Executive Advisor to the Deputy Minister and Commissioner of Emergency Management Ontario, I supported key initiatives to enhance the effective operation of the ministry. My diverse background includes roles such as Vice-President at Teneo Management Consulting, where I advised leaders on reputation and business challenges, and Senior Communications Strategist to the Solicitor General of Ontario. My commitment extends beyond professional realms, evidenced by my active involvement in various volunteer roles, such as Chair of the 2023 International Sephardic Community Gala and Editor of El Ermanado Sefaradi, the only print publication with original Ladino (Djudeo-Spanish) in North America. I am also the the creator of @ladino.with.lex, my personal archive of ladino words, sayings and Sephardic culture on Instagram. I enjoy advising decision makers with thoughtful diplomacy and informed advice, with a goal to bring about institutional growth. I am an avid reader, traveller and polyglot.
