I have practised solely in Family Law since 1990 and joined Hart Reade in 2001. I became a Partner in 2003. I am Co-Head of the Family Department and am also Head of Marketing for the Firm.I specialise in all areas of family Law to include Divorce, Financial Remedy, Civil Partnerships, Children, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Unmarried couple, Cohabitation Agreements, Separation Agreements and Domestic Violence.I am a member of Resolution First for Family Law and a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme. I enjoy long standing relationships with my clients and local professionals and my practice is built on personal recommendations.I provide clear, concise and reassuring advice advice to clients, reducing the stress that you often feel at a time when you can feel most vulnerable, listening to your objectives and provide practical and legal guidance.I adopt a firm but fair approach and endeavour to negotiate your case on as amicable a basis as is possible, being firm where needed, so as to secure the best possible outcome on your behalf, and in the most cost effective way possible.
