I’m a psychologist and social neuroscience researcher with a passion for using science and technology to make a meaningful impact on mental health. My journey has taken me from academia to the tech industry, giving me a unique perspective on how to translate complex research into real-world solutions.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading large-scale research projects (including clinical studies), securing funding from organizations like the EU and Innovate UK, and managing talented teams. I enjoy designing experiments, developing innovative research protocols, and working with methodologies like eye and motion tracking, neuroimaging (fMRI, fNIRS), and Virtual Reality to tackle challenging questions. Whether it’s running in-person or online studies—cross-sectional or longitudinal—my focus is always on delivering rigorous, impactful results.Teaching has also been a rewarding part of my career. As an assistant professor and a member of one of the UK’s top psychology programs, I loved sharing knowledge and helping students build their skills and confidence in psychology and cognitive neuroscience.Now, in the mental health tech space, I’m driven by a mission to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and the needs of individuals. I thrive in roles where I can lead, collaborate, and push boundaries to create innovative, evidence-based solutions.
