Communication & Stakeholders Advisor
-Ensure stakeholder and customer needs are met effectively.-Take ownership of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Escalate concerns to Stakeholder Manager and manage risks with customers/stakeholders.-Deliver works notices to the community.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report results to Stakeholder Manager.-Promote a customer-centric culture and support team in reporting to clients.-Deal with customers/stakeholders via various channels.-Record customer interactions and resolve complaints promptly.-Coordinate with internal departments and monitor data on response times and quality.-Identify positive stories to promote Transport and Construction teams.-Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to develop new processes.-Drive excellence in Risk and SHEQ performance within the Project/Business Unit.-Comply with Risk Management, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management systems.-Engage in forward-looking construction communications and engagement activities.-Manage letter drops and stakeholder databases.Handle customer complaints and update requests efficiently.-Create audiovisual materials and utilize internal social media platforms for effective communication.
