I am the Managing Partner and Head of Private Client at Tassells LLP. I am a Solicitor, Chartered Tax Adviser and Notary Public and I specialise in inheritance tax planning, Wills, Trusts and estate planning. I recently won Managing Partner of the Year (2024) at the Modern Law Private Client Awards.I am a Past President of the Kent Law Society being their 10th female President and the longest serving President in their history. I won Mentor of the Year at the Inspirational Women in Law awards 2021 and was a finalist at the STEP Awards 2021 in the category of Trusted Adviser of the Year.I have also recently been named as one of the epivateclient Top 35 under 35, ranked in the Citywealth Top 100 Future Leaders 2019 and won bronze at the Citywealth 2019 awards for Partner of the Year (Regional). I have also been ranked in Legal 500 2019 as a Next Generation Partner and in Band 3 of Chambers HNW 2019.I have completed the STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Diploma in Trusts and Estates (England & Wales) and the STEP Advanced Certificates in UK Tax for International Clients and Will Preparation (England & Wales).I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and an Associate member of ACTAPS.Previously I have won the Kent Law Society Junior Lawyer of the Year award in 2014 and have been recommended in The Legal 500 2016 Legal 500 2017 and mentioned as an associate to watch in Chambers HNW 2017 & 2018.
