I am a Health Coach at Marek Health, where I provide personalized and preventive health care and interventions to clients. I work with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to design and implement customized wellness plans, monitor progress and outcomes, and provide ongoing support and guidance. I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their health goals, improve their quality of life, and reduce their health risks.I am also a Master of Arts candidate in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning at Tufts University, with a focus on food systems and community development. I have over three years of work experience in food service, program coordination, and social impact, working with diverse and underserved populations. I have developed and implemented programs that address food insecurity, nutrition education, and social justice, in collaboration with various organizations and stakeholders. My mission is to apply my knowledge and skills to create positive and sustainable change in the food system and the communities I serve.
