I am a Health Coach at Marek Health, where I provide personalized and preventive health care and interventions to clients. I work with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to design and implement customized wellness plans, monitor progress and outcomes, and provide ongoing support and guidance. I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their health goals, improve their quality of life, and reduce their health risks.I am also a Master of Arts candidate in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning at Tufts University, with a focus on food systems and community development. I have over three years of work experience in food service, program coordination, and social impact, working with diverse and underserved populations. I have developed and implemented programs that address food insecurity, nutrition education, and social justice, in collaboration with various organizations and stakeholders. My core competencies include nutrition/dietetics, food policy, communication, program development, and problem-solving. My mission is to apply my knowledge and skills to create positive and sustainable change in the food system and the communities I serve. I am passionate about learning new things, engaging with different perspectives, and contributing to the field of urban planning.
