As the COO Partner, and Co-Founder of Harley & Co, an award-winning creative agency and entertainment studio, Alexandra oversees company operations and executive production of experiences and content that push culture forward. With more than 15 years of experience in the creative industry, Alexandra has led and built teams across a wide and varied range of functions, managed budgets in excess of 15 million dollars, led account teams servicing numerous top brands, and attracted and engaged with emerging and top-tier talent. Her work has been covered by Fast Company, NY Times, Teen Vogue, and WWD, and has won numerous awards including Cannes Lions, D&AD, & Clio's.Alexandra is passionate about creating inclusive and people-centered workplaces that address social justice issues and amplify diverse voices, all while driving concrete business returns. Some of her notable works include the Silver Cannes Lion-winning As Much As I Can, an immersive theatrical experience that explores the lives of Black gay men in the US, and the Being Seen Podcast, a series that examines the need for more complex representation and culture in mainstream narratives. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She is also a licensed social worker, and has worked with children and families in the foster care system before co-founding Harley & Co. in 2012.
