A motivated, passionate learner with excellent communication skills and enjoys working in evolving environments. I have always been interested in the medical field and from a young age I have been passionate about becoming a doctor, especially a paediatric doctor. It is through my work experience in a doctor's clinic and my move to FNQ that I became interested in aiding regional and remote communities that lack necessary health care compared to those available in larger cities. My greatest strengths are that I am committed, organised and compassionate. I believe that there are various skills that I have developed that will be beneficial for my future profession:1. Collaboration. I pride myself on being able to work effectively in a team to encourage participation from everyone by listening to all ideas, which will be useful in collaborative work environments in the medical field. 2. Commitment. I am a committed learner and aim to maintain high standards in work, study and life. I strive to take every opportunity provided to me and am open to trying new things, in order to expand my skill set. This will be transferable to my future aspirations to maintain a continual passion for learning throughout my career. 3. Compassion. My compassion allows me to make stronger connections, develop a sense of trust with others and will ultimately improve collaboration in my future endeavours.
