Details here: www.talentbrowse.com.Responsibilities:• Being the first point of contact for the demand and the supply on the platform, ensuring that our customers and partners know and remain satisfied with our service• Onboarding of new clients and providers on the platform (over 500 companies and 30+ providers)• Account management for both companies (clients) and recruitment agencies (providers) (over 60% of paying customers on the platform were active between 8 and 12 months a year)• Sales calls and follow-up• Tracking / updates on the processes opened by clients on the platform• Ensuring that contract terms and conditions are met and managing invoices and bills for customers• Consultancy for clients on a variety of topics: job descriptions, company’s profile on the platform and improvement of their recruitment processes• Consultancy for providers regarding the supply-demand relation on the platform• Activation campaigns for our stakeholders• Tracking and measurement of client’s and provider’s engagement on the platform - every day was monitored and measured in order to know what action steps to take next• Participating in strategy & planning meetings, product & feedback sessions in order to prioritize the development of the next features on the platform
