I am a graduate of a mix of fields, currently working at MIGSO-PCUBED (or MP for short). My original role in this company was that of a PMO Consultant, and more recently I took on the position of Business Unit Support which is giving me a lot more insight into what makes our company stand tall on both production and corporate levels.My current range of activities is vast. Some are transversal activities which have remained since my mission as a consultant (hosting and presenting onboarding formations for the hub at large, the creation of our monthly newsletter and being an active Happiness Officer), all of which have now developed new levels of depth. The newly introduced elements include but are not limited to: supply management, corporate social responsibility (a personal interest to me), business topics, administrative and HR topics, etc. For many of these activities I am the liaison between my colleagues in Bucharest and those in France.To accomplish all this, I must take advantage of all the skills at my disposal, most of which soft skills (communication, organisation, proactivity, teamwork, adaptation, etc.) and language skills depending on my interlocutors (Romanian, English, French and on occasion even Italian).To give a brief overview of my academics:The highlight of my Bachelor's degree (faculty of International Business and Economics at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies) is the interest I developed for sustainability, inspired by my Erasmus experience at Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris 1 and the courses I had the opportunity to follow there. In addition, I had the perfect environment to practice a lot of soft skills, among which communication, teamwork and adaptability. This was a trilingual programme, so a lot of focus went on language mastery as well, particularly in business contexts.For my Master's degree, I studied Climate Management and Sustainable Development at the ENERGETICA faculty of Politehnica University, Bucharest. I again had the chance to take part in an Erasmus internship at Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, which allowed me to write my thesis in collaboration with the research team at unibz, as well as learn another language: Italian.To wrap up, I am forever excited about the international world, languages and culture. It is what drives me. I am a communicative and creative spirit who can easily fit in any team and I am eager to learn new things every day. My hobbies include reading and writing fiction, sports like HEMA and artistic skating, digital art (both 2D and 3D), etc.
