RHWE is a charity based in the west of Newcastle. The charity prides itself on developing innovative and dynamic projects to support the aspiration of those who want to set up their own business, further their education or develop their skills. We have 2 properties on Buddle Road that provide commercial premises for rent. So, whatever your business needs we have the space - whether you need an office, workshop, virtual office, or a place for meetings and conferences. Our community projects include: Business Sparks - supporting people on the business start-up journey; Newcastle Enterprise Club; RHWE Scholarship Fund; RHWE Uniform Grant; and School Gates Events.

Develop old properties back to life! Provide operational input to the project management aspects of design, planning and build. Manage the operational requirements of the properties on hand-over to ensure all aspects of installations and building design are fit for purpose. Provide overall building management from facilities services, marketing, finance, staffing. I specialised in business centres and serviced office space; some with hospitality, catering and entertainment functions. Saville Exchange, North Shields and Salisbury House, Wallsend were my 1st 2 projects.
