Main responsibilities:> Development of human resources indicators and reports to support decision-making. Topics covered: headcount, admissions, terminations, absenteeism, staff costs, training, performance evaluation, among others;> Conduct of ad-hoc analysis to identify some problems and tendencies and after that, to suggest improvements and create solutions;> Management of some important internal HR projects;> Support in the implementation of a new time management system in SuccessFactors;> Support in the annual staff costs budget;> Planning and implementation of some transversal training in the organization (examples: Excel, Power BI and languages training).

Main responsibilities:# Sales forecasting analysis and planning for different Fresh and FMCG business units;# Development of reports and dashboards to support business decisions and track key performance indicators (sales, level of stock, wastage, stock out and purchases from suppliers);# Improvement and automation of reports and processes; # Final user experience tests regarding new business analytics platforms;# Supply chain project management
