- Work with 5 different Clients in the different periods (including small startups, middle size and large Enterprise companies)- Management of distributed teams within Enterprise ecosystem with tough deadlines and more than 10 teams interdependencies (up to 50 team members)- Discovery phase driving (work in pair with Solution Architect to define Client needs)- Delivery of new system MVP- Client visits management- Project Managers mentoring and coaching- Defining team composition, staffing and development team onboarding - Building independent distributed teams who can organize their work efficiently without PM’s daily supervision- People management and team motivation- Management of Releases and Sprints plannings- Process management, improvements implementation and development team education on changes to the process - Schedule, Scope and Change management (including Leads coaching how to work with these areas)- Communications and building partnership with Client (including CEO, CTO, VP of Portfolio Management, VP of Software Engineering, AVP of Software Engineering, Program Manager, Development Leads, BAs, Product Managers)- Strategic decision-making- Everyday operational activities - Conflicts solving and risks mitigation- Client needs monitoring and finding solutions
