-Managed a team of approximately 12-35 Claim Representatives and Claim Service Assistants.-Used data management skills to track my team’s performance and identify areas for improvement, which led to my team exceeding organizational targets for service level objectives (quantity) and customer satisfaction results (quality). -Gained experience working in a new department where I was instrumental in creating and improving the structure and workflow processes.-Engaged employees in their own development by implementing weekly meetings with each individual to discuss performance goals, results, and action plans.

-Supervised and trained classrooms with up to 35 new Claim Representatives.-Increased public speaking skills and insurance business acumen by conducting lectures and presentations about policies, workflows, and best claim handling practices.

-Attained experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing call center environment where I proved my adaptability and decision-making skills.-Answered up to 40 calls per day from customers, claimants, agents, lawyers, and other insurance companies while maintaining a positive attitude.

-Assisted the Director of the Continuing Medical Education Department by helping plan and host both national and international conventions.-Drafted marketing products (signs, brochures, flyers…etc.) and worked with the ATSU marketing department to create and implement the material.-Reviewed and tabulated evaluations from the participants and speakers of each conference to measure the effectiveness of each program.

-Communication specialist responsible for directly contacting local and international key opinion leaders and experts. -Administrator of the SharePoint and Idea Farm websites to better the communication flow between the New Product Marketing core team members.-Managed technological logistics at the core team's workshop in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
