Oversaw the federally grant-funded, $2M, 5-year, Manchester Health System Zero Suicide Project. Collaborated with Catholic Medical Center and the VA Medical Center of Manchester to develop plan to train 300+ health care staff to provide safer care to patients and refer 100% of patients who need mental health support to services. Launched three community coalitions dedicated to developing strategies and maintaining resources to prevent suicide among targeted, at-risk populations.
