Co-founder and researcher at the Laboratory of Public Policies and Internet (LAPIN), a non-profit organization that has been developing research and advocacy actions since 2017, addressing the social, ethical, and legal challenges posed by digital technologies. Certified as an AI Policy Specialist by the Center for AI and Digital Policy (2023). Part of the first technical appointment of the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) in 2020, serving as Project Manager for the Board of Directors, and part of the team that structured the authority, which remained for over two years. Participated in the structuring acts of the body, strategic decisions, LGPD regulations, and was directly involved in cases of national relevance.
