As a Paraeducator at Hartford Public Schools, I support the guide in developing and implementing learning plans for students aged 3-9, following the Montessori theory and principles. I prepare and maintain the classroom environment, provide mentoring and feedback to students, and manage challenging situations with calmness and rationality. I have excellent communication, conflict resolution, and behavioral science skills, which I apply in my daily interactions with students, staff, and parents.Before joining the education sector, I worked in the insurance industry for four years, where I gained valuable experience in business processing, technical solutions, and documentation. I was a subject matter expert at Ryan Specialty, where I organized, led, and oversaw training sessions for external support teams, developed standard operating procedures, and evaluated and improved the performance of other business processing teams. I also worked as a policy issuance assistant at RT Specialty, where I processed and reviewed policies, endorsements, and other insurance documents for accuracy and compliance, meeting and exceeding quality measurement goals. I have a passion for learning new skills and taking on new roles, and I am always looking for opportunities to contribute to the success of my team and organization.
