My career is grounded in strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to advancing healthcare innovation.As Associate Director of the INSIGHT Clinical Research Network at Weill Cornell Medicine, I led one of the nation’s largest clinical research initiatives, funded by PCORI. INSIGHT integrates clinical, claims, and social determinant data for over 22 million patients from NYC’s top health systems to advance patient-centered research and healthcare delivery. I oversaw a team of 15+ professionals, including assistant directors, senior research and IT managers, system analysts, and technical experts. Under my leadership, the network expanded its data infrastructure and played a vital role in national projects like the RECOVER initiative, studying long-term COVID-19 effects (PASC). I managed a diverse portfolio of national and local research projects, setting strategic and technical goals that ensured INSIGHT’s alignment with PCORI’s National Priorities for Health. My leadership established INSIGHT as a critical player in patient-centered research.Recognizing my leadership and contributions, Weill Cornell Medicine invited me to stay on as a consultant after taking a step back in July 2024 to focus on my professional passions and family. In this role, I continue to provide strategic guidance, oversee key initiatives, and ensure smooth transitions for research teams. This consulting capacity allows me to balance personal priorities while still advancing INSIGHT and WCM's research and IT goals.Before WCM, I spent over seven years in IT management consulting at KPMG, where I honed my expertise in systems development, product management, and the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
