Initiated new partnerships and collaborative programming including, Foundations in Investing with Future Capital, and the Nova Scotia Inclusive Innovation Monitor with the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship. Supportive of organizations such as Sandpiper Ventures and the Tribe Network, etc. Looking forward to more work focused on women's entrepreneurship.

Work with MIT REAP staff and faculty to conceptualize and deploy a made for Nova Scotia version of the renown MIT Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program, FOCUS - Nova Scotia. Mobilize regional stakeholders, funders, and rural community leaders to actively engage centring innovation-driven entrepreneurship at the heart of the effort.

I'm grateful to be joining other Distinguished Fellows at the Faculty of Management. I aim to collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and fellows around the areas of inclusive innovation and entrepreneurship, with a view to understanding the drivers of an inclusive economy and the structural barriers we need to overcome. I am also interested in understanding how early stage companies can incorporate culture and EDI at the beginning, so they may be "born diverse".

• Hands on portfolio management, monitoring, risk analysis, and default resolution of an international portfolio of corporate and project finance transactions, including renewable energy, traditional power, oil and gas, LNG, petrochemicals, telecom. • Relationship and project management on all transactions from construction and commercial operation through loan repayment. • Successfully restructured non-performing corporate and project finance loans in Brazil and Argentina, preventing default on approximately $451 million, with no write down of principal. • Facilitated the restructuring of non-performing loans in Indonesia and the Philippines; resolving defaults of approximately $872 million.
