Les Pousses de Gabin is a family owned company proposing fresh and organically grown Microgreens in the South East of France.Our goal is to provide fresh and high quality greens to restaurants and tables that are produced locally and only harvested a few hours before delivery.The greens are grown indoor which allow us to bring the same level of quality all year long.Concerned about reducing our environmental impact, we do our best to go for the very best alternative in any decision. The greens are only grown in an organic soil. Seeds are organic and non-treated. Plastic containers, if not avoidable, are always 100% eco-responsible.
