The 100 Days Initiative was created after the election to provide infrastructure to students, faculty, and community members who wanted to learn more about engaging in civics. I used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design the initiative's logo, posters highlighting the working groups, and promotional posters for events we sponsored. I also used Adobe Premiere to edit video recaps of bigger events put on by local political groups.

At Hillary for America I gained experienced in both the production and post-production fields. I acted as a production assistant for numerous shoots, making sure everything ran smoothly within the short amount of time we were allotted. When doing post-production work, I became very familiar with Adobe Premiere. I would pull b-roll clips to ensure a quick turnaround for videos along with putting the final touches on those videos. I edited a powerful state-specific video to encourage voter registration and edited smaller DTC's for shorter, more direct messages. Lastly, I became familiar with the analytic portion of digital video production. I would compile viewing data, number of clicks, etc. and would organize those statistics into a weekly report.

The Inlander is one of Spokane's leading news source. I created promotional videos for special editions of The Inlander. I worked closely with the culture editor covering food & drink festivals and community events. Lastly, I would sit in on weekly meetings and pitch videos that coincided with high-profile stories.

I did primary research for a documentary currently in production that's concerned with police and community relations in Baltimore, Maryland. Primary research included summarizing weekly events in Baltimore, creating dossiers on interviewees, and putting together a timeline of events in the past 50 years. I also helped with distribution on the critically documentary Cameraperson.

I edited footage and filmed interviews for an auction video. The video managed to raise $50,000 at the auction, more than the organization had ever raised before.
