I am a sophomore chemistry major at Temple University, with an additional minor in criminal justice, starting to look for roles within the forensic science community. As a science major, I am intrigued by the interworking of physical and chemical matters that makeup the entire world as we know it but also very interested in how these topics relate to the act of crime. I have taken coursework in both science and criminal justice to aid in my search to find a career in the world of forensic chemistry and am actively searching for internships that will further my experience in both fields. I would like to put my current knowledge to good use by interning with companies that will help me gain insight to how I can better prepare myself for my final career.
