I spent 3 months in Marketing which focused on the attraction of candidates via social media, career fairs and our company website. I then spent 10 months as a recruitment consultant working on end to end projects from being briefed by our clients right through to placing candidates in their first graduate roles.

Whilst working here in 2010/2011 I was In charge of visual merchandising for the accessories and footwear area and had begun training to become key holder in the last two months of my employment within the company in 2011.Returned to this role in December 2013 - April 2015 to help fund my studies.

My duties here included answering phone calls, booking classes, dealing with enquires and complaints, cash handling (including access to the safe), duty manager shifts and the opening and closing of the club. I also took part in running recruitment days which were followed by interviewing, hiring and training new reception staff, held staff meetings and conducted 1-2-1 meetings with all the reception staff on a regular basis. I was also responsible for meeting various targets throughout the financial year and staying within receptions budget for payroll, towel hire, stock purchasing and so on. Within this position I was also Emergency Response trained and Defib trained.
