Focused on increasing access to opportunities and improving quality of life, I am deeply committed to redesigning our social systems and workplaces to care for our communities in ways that are human-centered, equitable, and inclusive. A core focus of my work is ensuring the wellbeing of nonprofit leaders and teams, who often carry the weight of their mission at the expense of their own wellbeing. I believe that issues of burnout and organizational stress can hinder community goals, and am committed to building support systems that address these challenges.➤ How:Behind the scenes. My clients turn to me when they need support thinking through problems, building new initiatives, or managing workflows when their teams are feeling overextended. I conduct research, build stakeholder-driven plans, manage projects and partnerships, develop teams, and create systems, processes, and tools to maximize impact -- all while fostering a participatory, trauma-informed, and human-centered environment. Alongside this, I’m working on multi-layered strategies and resources to enhance wellbeing for both nonprofit leaders and their organizations as a whole. I'm proud of being someone my clients and teams can always count on.➤ What I’ve done: I’ve been a consultant, founder, and COO in the social impact sector for over fifteen years, working with clients including New York State, Echoing Green, The Allstate Foundation, The Aspen Institute, Welcome.US, Café Momentum, Starlight Children’s Foundation, and UPenn’s Center for Social Impact Strategy. In partnership with my clients, I've built philanthropic strategies, launched national organizations, designed educational initiatives; conducted listening tours; crafted training tools and playbooks; managed program evaluations; and forged new working group coalitions. Before shifting my focus to the social impact sector, I managed global marketing accounts for Seventh Generation, Mattel, JP Morgan Chase, and more. ➤ A Bit More About Me:A mom to two incredible little humans. A New Yorker, born and raised, who spent three months driving cross-country and living on the road with two dogs, two cats, and 35 plants before settling in 2017 in sunny Los Angeles.
