I assist in the design, review and revision of internal and external marketing collateral. I ensure that all material distributed to members, potential members, providers, and employer groups meet The Health Plan's marketing standards and comply with federal regulations through CMS, NCQA, and other accrediting bodies. I manage newsletters on behalf of The Health Plan that are distributed to multiple audiences including employees, providers, members, brokers, and employer groups. I research, source and maintain The Health Plan's promotional inventory. I'm currently in the process of creating unique and engaging marketing campaigns to promote THP's employee wellness program.

Designed and implemented The Health Plan's first formal wellness program, which launched in January 2016. Created content for a monthly e-newsletter that is distributed to all employees. Prepared activities and handouts for monthly employee wellness events. Organized on-site and off-site biometric screenings for employees and employer groups. Planned two annual flu-clinics.

Provided telephonic education to members regarding needed age, gender, and condition specific services to promote better health. Created and implemented activities for community health events. Assisted in quarterly company health fairs and biometric screenings.

Taught a total of 7 sections of 20 students for the COMM 210 Public Speaking course.

Assisted in the promotion of eleven Walk to End Alzheimer's events across the state by sending out press releases, media alerts, and making day-of calls to invite media outlets to the event.Creatively expanded followers and increased engagement on our social media sites by developing and implementing a social media contest for the Indianapolis Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Assisted in developing content for Association publications, including a quarterly newsletter, weekly eNews, and annual report.
