My current work is focused around helping fill a gap in machine learning technology with a powerful new modeling approach that improves accuracy, generalizability, and efficiency on many otherwise unsolved problems. I've worked with companies at different stages, from startup to enterprise to help them develop and execute strategies to deliver value through their data, teams, products, and technology. I've built and led high-performing data teams from the ground-up, and successfully brought cutting edge R&D technology to market. My industry and research experience includes diverse fields such as finance, marketing, genomics, forecasting, and machine learning.Through this experience, I've learned that connection is central to innovation: whether it's connecting people to each other, data to meaning, solution to problem, or possibility to actuality. This principle drives my work as a leader, strategist, scientist, and creator.
