WHAT I DO I work with C-suite executives from a variety of fields, to develop their leadership, management, and negotiation skills. A central focus of my work is to enhance my clients’ understanding of their emotional intelligence and their ability to positively impact their working environment. I specialize in helping leaders and public figures hone their message, connect with their audience, and deliver specialized content in a variety of settings. I also support executives through large scale M&As, as well as large and small re-orgs, helping them find solutions to heal fractured teams. MY BACKGROUND I am an NYU-certified executive leadership coach and an ACC-accredited member of the International Coaching Federation. I am a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a contributing author at Forbes, The Conference Board, The Chicago Tribune, & Monster.com to name a few. I am also proud to be a guide at Chief, where we help women vault to positions of power and keep them there.I am a sought after interactive public speaker delivering keynote speeches at The New School University, THE YMCA, and Hatch, to name a few. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONSI graduated cum laude from Brown University and received my certification as an executive leadership coach from NYU. I am a graduate of the Stern School of Business' Strategic Steps for Growth program for W/MBEs and recently completed my Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University. I am a SAG, AEA, a lifetime member of The Actors Studio, and have a magna cum laude degree in Acting from The Actors Studio Drama School.
