I am passionate about my work and my Italian roots help me to be creative and innovative, always open to new challenges. As "life is change and perfection means having changed many times", I am adapted to working in complex and changing environments to help change management and accelerate the necessary transformation in the organization, without forgetting corporate reputation, sustainability and governance.I always liked Walt Disney's phrase, "If you can dream it, you can do it" and that is why I like to lead teams with an inspiring vision, building new strategies capable of empowering brands and businesses with a long-term impact on competitiveness but also on the well-being of sustainable development.I always try to deliver more than what is expected of me and I do my best to develop new challenges, deploying my professional, commercial, tactical and sociable skills to the maximum with a proactive approach and in search of excellence.In my professional career, I have passed through different management positions and different business areas, so I consider that I have a broad vision of the business world in general and of the relationships with its stakeholders.My experience is based on both management level, having been responsible for the income statement, business expansion, market opening and team management, as well as planning and developing the institutional relations strategy and ESG implementation at corporate and institutional level.I have been a citizen of the world since I was born into an international family and with friends in different parts of the world, and my professional career has been composed of a large part of business development at an international level.I have always maintained a spirit of collaboration and have enjoyed leading teams and creating successful synergies, both at the beginning of my managerial career in the Telefónica Group, as well as in Madrid Excelente and APD.I like the work of transforming an organization to boost its growth and development,I like to collaborate and support talent, which is why I am a member of different Advisory Councils (Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, Fundación Woman Forward, APRI, Media Club)..I like to contribute my vision by collaborating in programs of Leadership, Excellence in Management, Public Affairs, Corporate Reputation and, when time permits, I enjoy being a coach for friends.
