Manage all marketing for all our early childhood programs. I conduct consumer insights research, develop surveys and run focus groups to help gain a deeper understanding of our audience to help inform marketing strategies and product development.

-Assess quality of educational programming such as activities, materials, and learning environments and make improvements as necessary-Provide responsive, relationship­ based care and create a stimulating environment to foster children’s development-Enhance the educational programs to meet the physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs of children ages three months to five years-Build and nurture partnerships with parents, including parent communication and involvement

-Develop curricula based on the New York City Common Core Curriculum for Pre­Kindergarten-Keep accurate records of individual student progress across all developmental domains-Oversee the professional growth of my teaching assistant by encouraging her to take on different roles in the classroom and providing feedback-Model positive communication and problem solving throughout the year-Analyze the classroom environment quarterly and make changes to optimize learning

-Provide project support for new and existing initiatives in development.-Prepare materials ranging from supporting children of military families to educational STEM resources for distribution.-Analyze research for the project management team.-Create educational and entertaining curricula for the content department.
