About Alexandra Sargeant

Alex completed a double degree in Business minoring in Marketing and Sport and Recreation Management in 2016 at Victoria University. During this time Alex successfully held internship positions at Edwin Doran Sports Tours, Serpell Primary School, Ice Hockey Victoria and the Adelaide Football Club.Alex began a Master of International Tourism and Hotel Management in 2018. In July 2019 Alex was awarded a scholarship for obtaining the highest grade point average among students studying in this course at The Hotel School Melbourne campus of Southern Cross University.During her 11 years at Big W Alex worked across multiple departments where she gained important skills including working in teams, leading people, time management, merchandising, customer relationships and teamwork. In August 2022 Alex accepted a position as Assistant Centre Manager at Kingswim. In January 2023 Alex began as Acting Centre Manager at Kingswim until returning to the role of ACM in September 2023 where she continues to develop her skills in a wide range of areas including people leadership, time management, customer relationships, OH&S procedures and team development.
