As a mental health professional, clinical supervisor and experienced writer/researcher, I am equipped with a unique blend of knowledge and skills. A practicing therapist since 2015, I have experience with a wide range of populations and modalities but am most passionate about working with individuals struggling with emotional dysregulation - particularly anger and aggression - and relationship dysfunction. I am also passionate about helping early-career therapists learn and grow.
