The everyday use of and managing a helpline for Salesforce.com and Big Machines deal construction system has allowed me to greatly broaden my knowledge of integrated business systems. I also manage the xIMAC and Integrity ticket process raising system access and reporting system issues. − As the first point of call Sales Executives with system queries can contact me through a number of mediums such as telephone calls, web-chats and internet enquiries, in which I have to qualify and ensure resolution of the issue, which can be extremely demanding at times, enforcing me to use my initiative. This has helped me expand upon my Xerox knowledge and understanding of the systems and their processes. Show less
