My role at salt was quite diverse and evolved over time. Starting in recruitment and then focusing on Talent Attraction, in the last few years I worked as an HR Consultant, working alongside managers and human resource teams as an extension to their own initiatives, consulting and giving advice on everything from Strategic HR Plans, facilitating culture.

Progressive Enterprises owns the Countdown, Foodtown and Woolworths chain of supermarkets in the highly competitive NZ grocery market. I joined the company in 2003 to establish a call centre prior to the launch of a major loyalty program and incorporate online shopping and customer service.This was a significant change process for the business at the time.

DHL is the market leader in air express services in NZ. I held a couple of roles during my time with DHL with the most recent position being that of Cash Sales Team Manager. This saw me move into their Customer Service Department to establish a team dedicated to the Cash Sales Customer. This was a new initiative for the company and was designed to capture.
