Our aim is to inspire Manchester's creative community.

Inclusive Jobs was a small start-up business that aimed to help people like myself, disabled people struggling with getting support from employers or looking for work, and employers who need to learn how to recruit and retain disabled and neurodivergent staff. Sadly, due to funding issues, the start-up did not take off.Inclusive Jobs was built for and by people who live, learn, and work like I do, and assisting people who've gone through similar experiences to me was so motivating. In this role, I managed the community platforms and communications, speaking directly with our audience, and also helped inform businesses on how to change how they attract and retain this key talent pool, full of intersectionally diverse candidates with unique viewpoints and skills.I shared my experiences through written and video blogs, contributed to a huge library of knowledge and advice for and about the neurodivergent community, and managed the interactive space to ensure people experience a fair, open, and honest exchange of information and support.

I was head-hunted for this newly created role within the Brand & Marketing function, and asked to transform their in-house photography studio, production and pre-press departments. I led a large team of talented creatives (60+) and shaped new workflows for the production of all creative assets, as well as recruiting talent, promoting diversity & development, and managing change alongside the SLT.With a focus on increasing cost-efficiencies whilst boosting creative output, I encouraged transparency and accountability, and aided the teams in setting boundaries and clarifying remits. My strong stakeholder management skills helped us transition fully into new ways of working, cemented by the recruitment of some great new talent, which I'm proud to have led the placement of.I championed the drive for diversity and inclusion across our modelled assets, bringing better representation to our customer demographic, whilst also ensuring an effective CPA for the business. Brought in to head up a new internal creative studio, including managing the resourcing & structure of the studio team, responsible for graphic design for online, POS, DM, social, and internal comms, as well as product & lifestyle photography/CGI, and all related processes. Led a full CGI tender & contract negotiation, managed the in-housing of creative functions from agencies to internal through recruitment, process design & equipment CAPEX, and brought the asset creation spend to within budget by analysing cost-saving opportunities & efficiencies.Sitting with the brand & marketing senior team, I worked on a wide variety of projects, including new branding & strategy initiatives, a large-scale eCommerce replatform, multiple new product design & rollout briefs, and TV ad location shoots. Working across Accrington, London and remotely, with multiple departments competing for creative resources, stakeholder negotiation was also a central part of my role.Highlights: Designed, programmed & rolled out brand new workflow processes and creative hub to help manage creative projects (M365)Programmed several financial & project spreadsheets to improve accuracy of reporting (Excel)Restructured existing creative team & hired new members to increase skills and efficiencyLed tender process from selection to on-boarding of new CGI suppliers, to great success Negotiated the return of 6-figure sum in incorrectly costed assets from a previous supplier

Led interior and exterior CGI & VR visualisation projects for key clients. Managed tasks across internal artists, business development managers, studio directors and the global production team, as well as account management, quotes & budgets, and improving the company’s website & branding.Highlights include: quickly & smoothly took on key accounts to manage projects & develop relationships; designed and produced a full tender pack and presentation for large potential account; and managed a full rebrand for the company with an associated agency.

Led photography projects from initial brief to delivery, managing tasks & creative delegation from pre- to post-production. Worked across modelled and mannequin fashion, small to large product cut-outs, and lifestyle room-set shots. Responsible for a wide range of business-critical clients, from small independent businesses up to Fortune 500 & FTSE 250 listed companies (Morrisons, Superdry, Killstar, Lloyd’s Pharmacy, Craghoppers, B&M and The Range). Highlights include: created new processes to improve the workflow through each department; designed online tracking and automated asset naming process to improve photography efficiency; and repaired a struggling relationship with a high value client, resulting in repeated business.

Managed product ranges and improved performance on Amazon, Google & eBay, working interdepartmentally to enhance listings, create content and analyse sales data. Managed the full photography process, content team and competitor research to update all product listings, including the launch of a new kitchen appliance brand.

Responsible for the selection & merchandising of set ranges within the company’s catalogue, creating compelling copy and accurate pricing. Added 600+ new products to my ranges, built strong supplier relationships across Europe, and created bespoke spreadsheets to improve efficiency & margins.

Production CoordinatorCoordinated the production of fashion media from photoshoot to print and online, including model fittings, catalogue paginations, and schedule management. Led multiple offers across departments, commended on my excellent QC skills, problem-solving, proof-reading, and project management abilities.Print ControllerManaged the latter end of the catalogue creation process including amend approvals & Cromalin checks. Coordinated interdepartmental books, and facilitated a range of projects including data analysis, designing new workflow processes, report building, and proof-reading.

During my relocation to Manchester, I worked freelance on a variety of projects, including video editing, graphics creation, web-content editing and virtual assistance. Studied programming and editing software.

Focused on bringing new projects to the company as well as managing the day-to-day running of the office. I worked on live-action TV submissions to the BBC, developed projects for a children's publisher adapting series into interactive apps, and managed the directorial diaries weekly.

Responsible for coordinating across creative departments, working with clients throughout the process, and quality checking all episodes across stop-motion, Cel-Action and Flash animated children's series. I managed three full productions simultaneously while finishing my BA degree (Rastamouse, Abadas, The Lingo Show).
