About Alex Townley

For the past 12 years, I've managed teams in different creative environments, enjoying a people-centric, data-led approach to process design, budget forecasting, talent resourcing, and interdepartmental relationships. As a bit of a Swiss army knife, I excel in a multi-faceted role, and mixing logical & creative aspects keeps me passionate and focused. Sadly, due to funding issues, the start-up did not take off.Inclusive Jobs was built for and by people who live, learn, and work like I do, and assisting people who've gone through similar experiences to me was so motivating.
