She is a graduate of the Swiss based hotel management school International College of Hospitality Management, Institut Hôtelier “César Ritz”.Lexi has worked in management at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, The Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a sales executive and event expert for Lacroix at The Rittenhouse Hotel. Lexi moved to New Hampshire in 2017 & is well versed in every facet of the event planning process as well as in operations but is more importantly an innovator of new and creative ideas that set her performance and reputation at a higher level in the event and fine dining industry. Lexi’s mission comes from an intense professional passion for perfection. She takes the visions and fantasies of her guests as well as superiors and see’s them through to fruition with precise detail and design. In addition to Lexi’s event experience, Lexi has a proven track record when it comes to developing and implementing training programs at all levels. She has recently developed a training manual featuring the food and beverage standards compiled from AAA, Forbes(Mobile) and Leading Hotels Of The World. This manual proved to be a success as performance ratings increased during her tenure. Her avocations include being a past member of the Junior US Olympic Alpine Ski Team, sailing, tennis, golf and water skiing.
