Acting as a Product Expert of the Merchandising domain, I help craft and execute the vision & strategy of our Buying Data Platform to improve our teams' productivity and buys' accuracy.

Building AI solutions that provide recommendations across the end-to-end merchandising journey to international buyers and planners, with the objectives to simplify and automate the buying process, while leveraging analytics and machine learning at every step of the journey.As the Senior Product Manager of the Buying Intel team, my role is to:- Define the strategy, vision and roadmap of the Buying Intelligence domain to support SSENSE's international Buying & Planning teams.- Improve SSENSE's product assortment through data-driven solutions infused with in-house recommendation models.- Lead the end-to-end implementation of products and features with a team of data engineers, data scientists and developers.- Build business cases and impact assessments to fund initiatives, and track ROI on developed solutions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate change management activities and maximize user adoption of the Buying Data Platform.

Reporting directly to the Directory of delivery, I manage a 10M$ portfolio of 4 products revolving around Pilot training, Pilot community, Crew management and User identity, for a pool of 100K users. My cross-functional team of 50 members consists of developers, data scientists, ML engineers, UX/UI designers and business analysts to drive the discovery and delivery.- Define the end to end portfolio vision and roadmap based on CAE's digital strategy.- Define objectives, success metrics and targets to measure products' performance against business outcomes.- Manage the productization of AI models focused on generating new streams of personalized services for pilots.- Implement and analyze experiments to measure the value of product features to our end-users through A/B testing.- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to better prioritize features on the roadmap.- Collaborate with UX and development team to translate the user and business requirements into solutions that maximize our business outcomes.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business champions to manage expectations and mitigate delivery constraints.

- Successfully led a digital transformation for a team with no agile processes in place, that went from delivering 1 feature per month to 15 - 20 features per month.- Managed a team of 20 developers, data scientists, UX/UI designers and a portfolio of 4 products for 50K users.- Managed the productization of an AI cancellation dashboard to better predict customers' cancellations and optimize operational costs.- Increased speed of delivery by isolating support within the team and implementing development squad per product backlog with dedicated priorities.- Minimized support issues and reduced support cost by 0.5M$ by prioritizing solutions to recurrent issues.- Defined end to end portfolio vision and roadmap to support CAE's latest acquisitions and growth strategy.- Defined objectives, success metrics and targets to measure products' performance against business outcomes.- Analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to better prioritize features on the roadmap.- Collaborated closely with stakeholders and business champions to manage expectations and mitigate delivery constraints.

- Managed a budget of 3M$ to deliver multiple MVPs on a web application for more than 5000+ business aviation companies across the world and a 70% adoption rate. This web app allows for operators to easily enter their pilots' training requirements and documents so they can be certified to fly again.- Managed a cross-functional team of 10 developers, UX/UI designers, and data analyst.- Define the end to end product vision and roadmap based on CAE's digital strategy.- Defined objectives, success metrics and targets to measure product performance against business outcomes.- Collaborated with UX and development team to translate the user and business requirements into solutions that drive our business outcomes.- Implemented and analyzed experiments to measure the value of features to our end-users through A/B testing.- Analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to better prioritize features on the roadmap.- Prepared the operationalization and adoption of the operator web app across 8 training centers.

The Ken Patrick Leadership program is a highly competitive program aimed at developing technical, leadership skills and communication skills for engineering graduates. I conducted 4 separate mandates across CAE where I was exposed to project management and software development opportunities. Every quarter, I presented to upper management my contribution and the business value it generated to CAE.- Developed and delivered software updates on multiple military and civil aircrafts with 0 bugs at delivery for customers in Asia, Europe and US.- Supported customers on site through acceptance and simulator qualification by aviation authorities.- Increased the efficiency and maturity of our partnership with CAE Budapest by standardizing the development backlog, communication and increasing collaboration between virtual teams.- Obtained my Green Belt certification by improving the financial risk management practices across the Engineering department.- Acted as Project Specialist on high priority defense programs, tracking the delivery of software development squads and mitigating risks.

Co-President (2015-2016)/President (2014-2015)• Led a council that represented the interests of over 300 engineering students at McGill. • Created initiatives (Aerospace Week, MIAE Industry Dinner, Workshops, Design Teams, Industry Tours, Introductory Courses, Guest Speaker Series) and long-term collaborations with local industries for our student members to gain hands-on experience and insight on the aerospace industry, build their professional network and develop their engineering skills. • Named McGill Woman of the Week and awarded the Scarlet Key for my accomplishments as MIAE’s President.
