When building a product first of all I try to find the balance between project goals, maintainability of the code, and team happiness.I also passionate about building great teams. I believe that growing engineering culture is key to help people grow and realize their full potential. In 2010-2020 I was running my own software development business. We've grown to 10 engineers and did several high-load projects for significant businesses around the country.I'd like to share my experience with juniors: from time to time I host webinars on different tech topics. I also made several Open Source libraries in Ruby and JavaScript.I have a family: my lovely wife, two sons, and a cat. In my free time, I learn cooking.
