Head of the Immunoassay Biomarker group in Novartis Institute Biomedical Research (NIBR)- Basel - Developing personalized medicine strategy for macromolecules therapies using combination of autoantibodies and biomarker profiling approaches - Development and validation of various biomarkers immunoassays to support clinical samples analysis- Team leader and/or team member of clinical teams to establish biomarker strategies in clinical studies- Team management includes 4 lab heads and 15 technicians divided in Basel; Cambridge and Shanghai (China) sites

- Development and validation of various immunoassays: RIA, ELISA, Luminescent EIA- Set-up quality control reinforced by elaboration of procedures- Establishment of development and validation study protocols of the company- Client support for developing immunoassays- Team management includes 4 study directors and 12 technicians

- Set-up quality control reinforced by elaboration of procedures- Drafting study protocols and designed patents of the company- Establishment of drugs portfolio (anti-cancer molecules or antibacterial agent) coupled with various peptide vectors in vitro and in vivo experiments using cellular biology and bioanalysis technologies- Transverse project team leader concerning other departments : co-ordination of speakers, experiments distribution, included in other transverse projects as team member- Team management includes one researcher, two research engineers, two technicians and recruitment participation of personnel for research projects
