I have fourteen years of experience in information technology mainly in agility, continuous improvement and management of methodology framework. During those years I participated in the elaboration, development and implementation of over a hundred improvements to the methodology frameworks in place impacting sometimes more than 10,000 employees. I also had the pleasure of participating in major projects implementation of various methodology frameworks and practices in a large enterprise.
