- Determine multiple design alternatives, assessing each based upon all identified constraints (cost, schedule, complexity, volume, power, safety, mass, usability, reliability, reusability, maintainability, availability) and select most suitable options for design.- Coordinate tasks from people coming from different departments to meet the schedule and ensure cohesion within the project team members.- Develop new products or improve existing ones through research and development.- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.- Supervise parts procurement, lead times and costs through the ERP system.- Review assembly drawings, parts lists, schematics and production orders.- Follow-up of programs all along the manufacturing process.- Review and update the schedules.- Write test plans, test procedures and test reports.- Review customer requirements and the product conformity (statement of compliance) towards those requirements.- Participate to milestone reviews and weekly telecon with the customers.- Supervise and review the production & tests on electronic boards/units.- Develop macros in VBA to accelerate and improve test efficiency based on project needs and schedule requirements.

- Establish communication between the design and manufacturing teams to ensure that they are working towards the same goals.- Planning & overseeing different types of test facilities and resources.- Manage technician’s assignment based on their qualification and workload.- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.- Identifying problems in existing products or processes and proposing solutions.- Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.- Creation of a new technician training tracking system.

Two internships of four months.- Program, debug and optimize voice codecs.- Plan and perform tests to validate custom mathematical instructions and test the custom built software corner cases.- Usage of assembly and C langages.- Write technical information documents.

- Read contracts requirements and prepare proposal documents accordingly.- Call and prepare meetings with suppliers.- Write documents of all kinds (purchasing, testing, technical, etc.).- Calculate data for hydroelectric power stations (neutral cabinet, resistance values, etc.).- Draw a control panel.

- Install, repair and do the maintenance of phone lines on the Bell network.- Analyse the problematics and find quick fixes.- Communicate with the customers to understand their needs and sell different products.
